造水机试验程序

        本程序适用于1000TEU集装箱船造水机部分的试验。
        This program uses to test for fresh water generator of 1000TEU ship.
        造水机的调试必须在供应服务商在场指导下进行,本试验要在航行试验时进行。
        Adjust fresh water generator must under the present direction of the technique server, and the test should be done during sea trial.

        1、主要参数。
        Main data.
        型号Type:PTE25/10/80
        加热系统Heating sys.:缸套水加热Jacket Water
        蒸馏产量Distillate capacity:10m3/24h
        残留盐度值Residual salt content:4ppm NaCl
        需热量Heat requirement:326kW
        热水进口温度Temp.heating water inlet:80℃
        热水出口温度Temp.heating water outlet:70℃
        海水进口温度Temp.heating SW inlet:32℃
        海水出口温度Temp.heating SW outlet:42℃
        矿化滤器型号Type of the re-hardening filter:RF-30-15
        处理量capacity:5~30m3/24h
        紫外线消毒器型号Type of the desinfection unit:UVK1
        处理量capacity:0.5~3m3/h
        工作压力Nominal pressure:10bar

        2、试验前的准备工作。
        Prepare before test.
        2.1 检查相关的系统及设备已安装完毕,并检验合格。
        Check interrelated system and equipments have been installed, and checked eligibility.
        2.2 检查电器控制箱电源接线的完整性和正确性。
        Check control box it is connected completeness and exactness.
        2.3 相关管路清洁完毕,并经过密性试验、验收结束。
        Cleaning and tightness test should be done about correlation piping.
        2.4系统真空压力表、热度表、流量表经认可的计量部门检验合格,并在有效的使用期内
        Vacuum manometer、thermometer and flow meter should be checked by approved metrological service, and use during lifetime.
       2.5 系统各水泵已在试验前进行运转,且工作正常。
       Every pumps interrelated in system should be run and is ok before test.

        3、试验方法。
        Test method.
        3.1 抽真空试验。
        Vacuum testing.
        单独启动造水机,检查其真空度能否达到规定值。
        Starting FWG all alone, checking the vacuity achieve the rated value whether.
        真 空 度 要 求 大 于 93.3 Kpa。(700 mmHg)
        Vacuum is to be greater 93.3 KPa (700mmHg).
        3.2 造水机产量试验。
        FWG capacity test.
        以主机缸套水作为热源,进行造水机制淡产量试验。
        FWG capacity test is carried out using jacket water of M/E as heat source.
        当主机在90%MCR时,起动造水机海水泵。待真空度达到规定值后,用缸套水加热海水。
        Start seawater pump of generator at 90% MCR of M/E. After reaching of the setting of vacuum, the seawater is heated with jacket water.
        试验进行30~60min,从造水机流量表读数,计算出淡水产量。并取样检查。
        The test to be carried out by 30~60 min and calculate the generating capacity from the readings on flow meter, and sampling for checking.
        3.3 用模拟试验观察电磁阀是否在盐度报警值≤5mg/l时打开并泄放。
        Observe the solenoid valve open to drain by means of simulation test with the salinity alarm £ 5mg/l.

        4、检查矿化滤器及紫外线消毒装置。
        Check the re-hardening filter and the desinfection unit.
        检查这两个设备工作是否正常,相关附件的功用是否正常。
        Check the two equipments running whether normally, and  the function of interrelated accessory whether normal.
