受转让方委托，我公司定于2020年01月16日10时至2020年01月16日11时在拍船网（www.shipbid.net）进行网上公开竞拍活动，现公告如下：
一、竞拍标的：“MARIA”成品油船；船籍港：乌兰巴托 Ulaanbaatar；原船级：SING CLASS，现已脱检（可恢复）；总长：100.07m；型宽：19.05m；型深：10.50m；总吨：5511；净吨：1978；参考载重吨：7063.50t；主机型号：淄博YANMA 8N330-EN型柴油机共1台，总额定功率：3310kW；建造完工时间：2011年01月15日；建造地：南京东星船厂（备注：该船目前已停航）
二、竞拍规则：此次竞拍不设保留价，若有一家及以上合格竞买人报名即可进行公开竞价。起拍价：美元310万元；竞拍保证金：美元30万元（或人民币200万元）；加价幅度为1万美元的倍数。
三、报名要求：自本公告发布之日起至2020年01月15日下午16时止（以保证金到帐时间为准），本次竞拍接受自然人或公司的报名参拍。本次挂牌期满后，如未征集到竞买人，则不变更挂牌内容，以5个工作日为周期延长挂牌。挂牌期内，如只征集到一家竞买人，则该竞买人确定为受让人；如征集到两家或两家以上竞买人，则按公告确定时间采用竞拍方式进行转让。
四、看样时间和地点：福建福安，看样时间待定，该船目前为停航状态，确切看船时间请与竞拍人联系。

2.Bidding Rules: it has no reserved price and bids with one or more bidders. The starting price is USD 3.1 million, and the deposit is USD 0.3 million (or RMB 2.0million). Bid increase: a multiple of USD 0.01 million.
3. Application: Application time: from the announcing time until Beijing Time 16:00 on Jan 15, 2020 (subject to the time of deposit). After the deadline, no application will be accepted. This auction accepts the application of natural persons or companies. After expiration of this listing period, if no bidder is collected, the content shall not be changed and the listing period shall be extended with a period of 5 working days. During this period, if only one bidder is collected, the bidder shall be identified as the buyer; if two or more bidders are collected, the transfer shall be made by auction at the time specified in the announcement.
